The pool was awesome, and we really enjoyed the sun terrace. Plus, the kids' club kept everyone entertained. The kitchenette in our suite was handy for snacks, and the views were fine. Just a short stroll to the beach, and plenty of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was solid too.
One thing that could improve was the couch in our suite. It wasn't very comfy, and one of us had to sleep on it, which wasn't ideal for the price we paid.

Location: the hotel was next to Netanya, Israel, and restaurant. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and a cable television in the room, loved that.

gorgeous sea views, spacious layout, efficient kitchenette
Room cleanliness could use significant improvement!!! Facilities like the pool can get overcrowded during busy times!!! Clearly labeled kitchenware would enhance the experience!!!

Beautiful new hotel in a lovely setting facing the sea. Food facilities were all excellent- in quality, variety and service. Lovely large pool in idyllic setting but many steps to get to it. Rooms were large and had all necessary amenities, all faced the sea with lovely terraces overlooking the view.
Some if staff did not speak English and it was frustrating trying to communicate with them. For the most part, the staff was friendly and considerate but there was one desk clerk that was rude and insulting and one garage attendant that was difficult. Hotel is new and they have to iron ouut a few kinks in their procedure. Some construction is also still going on and can cause problems-eg-the fire alarms went off on 9/11 and the guests were not informed that there was not really a problem, causing much distress and attempts to leave the premises- fortunately we were only on the 4th floor but I pity those on the 18th.

The service, the food and the decor was very good.
Being a very busy time of year here, and the fact that it's a all-suites hotel, there were too many families and too many children. the place [especially the restaurants] was very noisy.,

Fine views but room needs help
Woke up to amazing views of the Mediterranean each morning. The kitchenette was useful for late-night snack cravings, and the pool area was always bustling with fun.
The room showed wear and tear, with dated decor and some cleanliness issues. The shower door needed attention, a bit disappointing given the prices.
